Objectives

Provide clear signal to market that pricing changes being explored in response to concerns raised Focus (initial) pilot on providers expected to play an important role in market success and participant impact over long term (higher quality, larger, etc.)

Ensure pool of high quality, pre-qualified providers to whom vulnerable/complex participants can be referred and who can maintain critical supports Identifying the costs associated with providing high quality supports to participants with complex support needs to inform future pricing approaches.
