3.4. The most recent such exercise was the 2021-22 APR which took place over the 2021-22 financial year and was announced in June 2022 and implemented in July 2022. It incorporated extensive consultations and tailored pricing changes to disability supports which totalled 9%, comprising wage increases under the SCHADS award plus allowance for increases in compulsory superannuation and an additional 3.7%. 4.3. No changes to prices for therapy supports, support coordination or plan management have been made for more than two years which presents increasing challenges in a high inflation environment.
4.4. In light of these contextual factors it is proposed that, the 2022-23 APR approach be limited in scope, whilst largely maintaining prices in real terms. An initial expectation for the 2022-23 APR, in line with the recommendation from the 2021-22 APR is that

4.4.4. Prices for other supports (primarily therapy and support coordination) be increased by 80% WPI/20% CPI.
