Submission 1686 tailored to my individual needs, which is far more cost effective than a one size fits all thing that takes away choice and control and doesn’t work as well for me. Having the freedom of choice and control means that I can choose what supports I know work best for me, with providers that suit me.

Having only registered providers would very much narrow the pool of who can help me ,and you may not be professionals who suit me or works with me . If had change from an unregistered provider to register provider i would start whole lot things over again try build trusting relationship take time . There need self directed category registration if mandatory Picking own plan manager support coordinator incredibly important there support coordinators ineffective aren’t helpful so able leave them get knowledgeable working well If couldn’t pick own support coordinator luck draw whether good My support coordinator always keeps centred because they work government then needs might centre have less choice controll about want choose and focus should be Taking away choice controver that just .There many issues bill these few chosen write form bill incredible harmful Should Parliament ask funding slashed Instead listen disabled people lived experience system tell ways save money Disabled committing fraud businesses should punished disabled people Thank you
