Re: Inquiry into the National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Securing the NDIS

for Future Generations) Bill 2026

Dear Committee Secretary,

This submission focuses on the media attention authorised by the Australian government to slashing budget spending on the NDIS, targeting an unnamed 160,000 disabled Australians; threats via media statements; no formal approved and in place solutions for their future care and the parallel hasty implementation of the Bill which requires urgent public amendment.

Please allow Australia to move forward using only United Nation values for our NDIS vision! Our government must stop today, the crime of disability hate. Using federal disability hate crimes, our government has enabled politicians via media to target the vulnerable 760,000 disabled under the NDIS. We are anxiously waiting to find out if we are in or out! Our racially discriminating government has shown their contempt for the disabled group, by giving them only two weeks to review Commonwealth documentation which is lengthy, disjointed, illogical and unreadable and have started threatening the disabled, before even passing legislation, “this marginalised disabled group will have major policy changes and funding slashed because government says their expensive + so no more medicals, public servants will choose who stays.”

Rationale nationally and reality in the state/territory:

Canberra, A.C.T. Focus

Major $$$$ territory deficit =no funding for A.C.T.’s NDIS deviant $$$ cuts

  • Forgot to apply annually for disabled national funding to design and retrofit homes;
  • Tries and pushes NDIS participants out of hospital to wait weeks for ACT home care;
  • Has not got time to fix up the paths in NDISs’ street.
  • ACT NDIS deviants cannot access GP, pharmacy hospital care via ACT public transport.
  • ACT first nation deviants highest rate of incarceration per head of population of any state or territory. Rumours say in ACT, 3 incarcerated + locked now in 1 bed cell, Canberra!

Background

ACT recognised NDIS and CALD participant for 10 years. I have funding and feel safe in my chosen place to live, my home. I have run out of energy to spend the time to review all rushed reviews.

  • I have lobbied NDIS to have Parkinson’s Disease recognised as a NDIS disability, second fastest growing neurological condition in the world. Why, I grew up where toxic agricultural sprays were and are still spread over me in rural Australia from pre-birth.

  • I have had a formal 6-8 month internal inquiry with the NDIS because a unqualified NDIS contractor accepted my late husband’s FVO desire to place against each of my NDIS goals, “my husband will link me with the services I need.”

  • I have spoken in ACT parliament on the review of the NDIS as a trial site with assistance from national leaders’ voices.

  • I have worked with ACT advocacy groups to provide evidence for a one hour private audience with a NDIS royal commissioner.

  • I have had to stand alone against the NDIS in plan reviews, when I placed my NDIS nominated Carer under a FVO, the NDIS have no policy for disability participants whose unpaid Carers do us harm.

  • I have received written feedback from the NDIS over a complaint two years after the event, where both parties chatted but were not interested in why I complained or improvements!
