4.3. Out of Session Minutes of the Audit and Risk Committee meeting of 24 April 2024

Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, Dr Innes, provided the Board with a summary of a recent meeting with the Acting Deputy Auditor-General, and the out of session meeting of the Committee on 24 April 2024.

The Chair noted the significant work of management in strengthening the relationship with the Australian National Audit Office (ANAO).
