Confidential Information - To assist the NDIA in recognising and protecting a Service Provider’s confidential information, if you are seeking that any aspect of your tender which may be included in any resultant agreement to be protected as confidential information if your organisation is selected as a successful Supplier, you should clearly identify any aspects of your submission or other information provided in connection with the RFQ which you regard as confidential, and provide detailed reasons for these claims in the table below.
