Before proceeding further, your request regarding employees year of > birth does not have enough information for the National Disability

For example, are you seeking information that only applies to current

employees who work in the Agency’s national office in Geelong?

If that is the case, could you confirm that please?

| am only interested in the National Office in Geelong.

Otherwise, if you are seeking information that covers or includes

other Agency employees, please provide exact details.

Note that | am only concerned about permanent employees of the above mentioned office. The only data | require

is the year of birth of all people hired. | do not require:

Month or day of birth. Name or any other personal identifier. Date of hire Note also, the other additional requirement mentioned in the original email: > 2. Evidence of attempts made to ensure that the individuals hired were

unemployed, as opposed to individuals who already had employment and were changing jobs.

In summary my request is for:

1. The year of birth of all permanent employees of your national office
2. Evidence of attempts made to ensure that the individuals hired were unemployed, as opposed to individuals who already had employment and were changing jobs.
