Item 2.2 - Outcomes from the Annual Review of Price Controls
- The PRG ENDORSED amending geographic classification arrangments so that all towns currently classified as Outer Regional by NDIA are surrounded remote or very remote areas should bclassified as remotes for planning price control purposes.
- The PRG ENDORSED NDIS engagement with WA participants and providers determine appropriateness shared management arrangement within NDS, develop mechanisms support delivery these arrangements.
- The PRG NOTED examination implications WADomestic worker exception in Industrial Relations Act 1979(WA) deliver disability supports under NDIS annual review price controls.

Item 2: Updated ATHM Support Codes & Benchmark Pricing
- Item
- (f) The price limits and funding amounts for Plan Management were last revised when the National Disability Insurance Scheme began operating; these figures haven’t seen a review update yet due to their age being over two years old as per NDIS records.
Sub-item A:
- Endorsing reclassification AT&HM supports using new codes described within NDIA’s support catalogue.
- Noting proposed codes align with previous PRG decision dated April, 5/16/2019.
Sub-item B:
- Approving methodology that sets benchmark prices based either upon median plus one standard deviation derived from market payment data or $100 unit rate where applicable (e.g., low-cost assistive technology budgets).
- Agreeing annual reviews are necessary regarding this pricing mechanism at least once yearly by the PRG.
Sub-item C:
- Mentioned beta testing is underway in collaboration between SDSA and PRG. This tool will be presented later during wider implementation discussions among stakeholders involved directly related to CHMs.
- Agreed further evaluation of newly established benchmarks concerning number quotes required should occur before finalizing any decisions on them.

Item 3.3 – Activity-based Transport:
- The PRG noted: That providers incur costs when providing transportation for a participant.
- The PRG endorsed: Further examination is required for Activity-based Transport.
Item 3.4 – Other Price Guide and Support Catalogue Changes:*
- PRG agreed: To implement Therapy price limit changes, including those from ECEI supports reviewed in previous discussions on therapy pricing.*
- PRG noted: Proposed changes regarding Supported Employment were previously approved at an earlier meeting but not implemented until July; revised policy to be presented later*
- PRG agreed: Update wording related to Improved Daily Living Support Category (e.g., support item) with inclusion of “Recommendations” as per prior discussion*
- PRG noted: Endorsement was given concerning Assistive Technology based upon decisions made during March’s meeting*
- PRG noted: Line Item #14_032_0127_8_3 will no longer apply due to planning guidance since 2017*.

- The PRG noted that a forward work plan outlining details about future updates will be presented at their next meeting.
Item 2.4: Temporary Transformation Payment Implementation Benchmarking

The PRG agreed on arrangements previously discussed with them regarding TTP conditions as per May’s presentation date,

Item 3.2 – Geographic Reclassification Some Isolated Outer Regional Areas
- PRG noted: Geographical recategorization recommended from Western Australian Market Review will be implemented across isolated outer regional areas in Australia rather than just those within WA.
- The PRG NOTED that MMM rating reclassification to MMM6 Remote applies.
