The Internal Reviews Branch (IRB) achieved 34 out of 40 months within PSG for both the average and median closed time (in days) of Internal Review of Decision Requests (RORD) by month. When impacts to PSG were identified (January 2024 - June 2024) due to increased incoming internal reviews, the IRB applied strategies to minimise impacts to participant experience and enabled an increase of participant outcomes. When reviewing these results, these strategies employed were deemed successful.
