Funding Periods Snapshot - Early Childhood Intervention Supports

Funding for Early childhood intervention supports may include a combination of a base amount for Early childhood intervention support, Early childhood setting support and Transition to school support.
Generally, the base amount for Early childhood intervention support is distributed evenly and funding for Early childhood setting support and Transition to school support is distributed to the first Funding Period. To set this up use custom distribution. Ensure you are explaining the purpose of Early childhood setting support and Transition to school support to families, so they use this additional funding at appropriate times during the plan period.
Here is an example of the first 12 months of a 2-year plan using National pricing. (Check the NDIS Pricing Arrangement and Price Limits for Remote and Very Remote pricing.)
In this example the Delegate has funded:
- 78 hours (per year) of Early childhood intervention supports: including a key worker model.
- 8 hours of Early childhood settings support.
- 10 hours of Transition to school support.

Plan Delegates must use discretion in all circumstances when building plans.
