Since the announcement of the 2022-23 APR, feedback has been received through various engagement channels such as ministerial correspondence, queries to the National Call Centre and letters to senior NDIA executives. Topics of interest included the impact of the cancellation policy, static pricing for therapy, support coordination and plan management, participant’s concern on price discrimination by providers against NDIS participants and sharp practice by providers.
