3 Commence and complete eligibility leaving case

Check the leaving date

1. From the participant’s leaving case, select the Request tab.
2. Check the Leaving the NDIS date. PACE will automatically populate this date on the Person Account, you can’t change it.
3. Take necessary steps to revoke participant access on SAP CRM.

Note: The Decision, Justification and Evidence information is an automated process routed from the closed eligibility reassessment case.
