3 Review and link evidence to support an eligibility
reassessment referral
To help understand why an eligibility reassessment case has been created and referred, you must review all linked evidence. In PACE:
- select the Documents tab. This will provide a list of the documents that have been linked as evidence.
- the partner or planner will have selected which evidence is relevant for the eligibility reassessment case. Read article When to refer the participant for an eligibility reassessment for guidance on sources of existing information and what type of evidence to look for.
- review all linked documents that have been used as evidence by clicking the view button.
During the Eligibility Check workflow, you can link additional supporting evidence by selecting the Link to Case toggle.
