Title Conciliation Commented [AF1]: Would something like “TAPIB Conciliation Support” be a more accurate title? Purpose This document is part of a suite of guidance documents for Case Managers to use in formulating their approach to managing individual matters before the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART). This Guide applies nationally to the conduct of all matters within the Administrative Review Tribunal Case Management Branch.
What is Conciliation is a dispute resolution processes for the Section 4 of the Conciliation? voluntary resolution of disputes, which involves an ART Act 2024 informal, private meeting arranged by the ART to help Part 4, Division 6, the parties try to reach an agreement before a Subdivision C of the substantive hearing. Conciliation is an opportunity to ART Act 2024 discuss the matter, and any information related to the issues in dispute; to consider possible options for Conciliation | AAT resolution; to agree on particular facts or supports to narrow the issues in dispute at the substantive hearing; and to discuss next steps, where the matter cannot be resolved in full at this time. Conciliation is facilitated by a Conference Registrar or Tribunal Member who is impartial to the proceedings.
