Business Services Wage Assessment Tool Payment Scheme Bill 2014 and Business Services Wage Assessment Tool Payment Scheme (Consequential Amendments) Bill 2014

I would like to express my disgust that the rates of pay for work of disabled people are so low it is essentially slave labour. Workers who are underpaid by any organisation should be entitled to back pay regardless of their disability. Fair day’s work for a fair day’s pay otherwise the disabled become an underclass to be exploited by unscrupulous employers. If a able bodied worker were entitled to a higher rate of pay and weren’t paid it, they would be entitled to approach Fair Work Australia to pursue the monies owed. What is the difference.
