I am writing in support of AED Legal centres submission to contest the proposals made which will take away the rights of all individuals outlined in this Bill.

I believe it is constitutionally inappropriate as well as unethically to take away or deprive the rights if people with disability or mental health issues.

People already experiencing socioeconomic disadvantage, in conjunction with disability, continue throughout history to be marginalised, underrepresented, voiceless and therefore targeted by Policy that does more harm than good.

You can not pass further legislation that will strip people of their ability to earn a wage and provide a means to support and sustain life within our community.
