Our advocacy group told us that some

people have problems with the NDIA

They feel like NDIA workers don’t

listen to them

The NDIA office is closed

This means you can only talk to NDIA

workers on the phone

They told us they need support to get

what they want from the NDIS

But some people do not have this

support

What Needs to Change

This is what CID thinks needs to

NDIA staff need to do training

The training should be about how to

talk to people with intellectual disability
