To whom it may corncern,

I write a submission to make my concern about the government changing the NDIS Bill.

This bill will take the participant on the NDIS back to where they where 10 years ago,

Vulnerable and left with little choice or control of their lives.

People with disabilities will be not treated as a whole person ,

And only a sitting parliament group will decide what will be funded in a plan.

And the person with the disability has no way of personally challenging the government decision.

The new NDIS Bill needs to have representation of people with disability help the writing of the bill,as they have lived experience.

They are also asking that people be reassess.

Adding more trauma to peoples lives , costing more money.not in any way maintaining human dignity.
