The infrastructure being designed to prioritize commercial interests to the exclusion of disabled folk, the compensation would cost less if meaningful change was made to infrastructure but this hasn’t been the case the whole time since NDIS.

The bill is based on NDIS further being able to cherry pick research to the exclusion of autistic people and want to restrict co-occurring conditions, for example the lack of supports that weren’t available as children having an impact on their disabilities now. E.g. dissociative disorder which = more compensation.
