National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Securing the NDIS for Future Generations) Bill 2026 Submission 122
Dear Senate Community Affairs Committee,
Thee proposed changes will have a significant impact on my brother in laws life and living arrangements. While I understand the need for the NDIS to evolve to support Australians with significant disability into the future, I am deeply concerned that the Amendment Bill in its current form could have catastrophic consequences for vulnerable participants and their families.
Please take this into consideration.
