The NDIS cuts will impact autistic kids future as well as their current lives.
As parents, our goal is to get these kids to be as independent as possible so that they can work and financially support themselves when they reach adulthood.
Without early intervention and NDIS support through their developmental years, a financially independanet future is impossible to achieve.
Without the NDIS support now, you are guaranteeing a life on disability benefits which will cost the government more in the future.
Please don’t cut the autistic NDIS supports. These kids need the supports now to reach their goals of being able to enter the workplace and be employable.
