My main concern is around the parental support.
The concern is not simply what support is being provided. It is the intensity, frequency, complexity and sustainability of that care over years and years. Many families are already exhausted.
Reducing formal supports does not remove support needs. It simply shifts more responsibility onto families who are often already operating beyond capacity.
What about families with more than one child on the NDIS?
