Say no to cuts ndis participants

Thank you for taking the time to read my email. My name is leesa im 57 yrs old. Im a ndis participant. My disabilities are: .brain injuries with serve scaring on brain. .skull is cracked like a boiled egg. .spineal disease in my back. .75% of fractions threw my body with broken bones. .Tramua to face, jaw, voice box. .profound deaf and vision impaired which is all permanent disabilities. Im a divorced single mother of 2 adult children with different permitted disabilities, which i am there informal support and advocacy. The 3 of us we do not have any other family members to call for any help,we are assisted with dedicated support workers and coordinations to support us on daily bases. The 3 of us was accepted by the ndis in the time of joining we have all achieved so many things in our lives. Myself and both of my beautiful children have had our dignity, independence, voice to be heard. Since joining the ndis we have been so grateful for everything little and big thing we have been able to achieve with the help of support workers helping and encouraging us every step of the way which we wouldn’t of been able to do without them. With my serve disabilities to have coordinator is very extremely important to me and my children if I go down and not able to communicate, and my children are unable to speak on my behalf ,my coordinator steps in takes over and assist and support me in every way possible It sadness me deeply in how participants vulnerable people are been attacked, doing this has and will effect and destroy so many lives and in result possible of losing lives which sadly has happened not that long ago. The help of ndis is so strongly needed for so many SAY NO TO ATTACKING VULNERABLE PEOPLE.

SAY NO TO TAKING OUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES AWAY

SAY NO TO CUT NDIS PARTICIPANTS AND COORDINATORS Give us the dignity we so rightly deserve and keep our support system in place that we desperately need

Thank you Leesa Wilson
