To the people looking after the NDIS

Hi! I am P , I am 9 years old and neurodivergent and this means sometimes I understand my friends, but a lot of the time i dont understand stuff around me. I really just don’t think that cutting NDIS funding is NOT something that should happen, it is really bad for me and my sister who has a support worker (I don’t). Also, I think using AI for determining needs for disabled people is wrong because it doesn’t know what each human needs, and also the impact on the environment, especially the polar bears. Some people see me and think my sister and me, and others with disabilities don’t eed supports like psychology, OT, etc. But we DO, and some people might not know that, not even people at the NDIS at this point. And it’s not really suitable to do group programs instead of having social and community funding because having someone to support my sister helps her do things she can’t do by herself and learn to do them. I don’t like groups because they are very noisy and I get overwhelmed and my brain freezes. As well as having my supports, my therapies give me the confidence, the ability to feel able to do things with practice.
