National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Securing the NDIS for Future Generations) Bill 2026.

This is my submission in response to the National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Securing the NDIS for Future Generations) Bill 2026.

I do Not support this Bill. I oppose this Bill.

Please do Not support this Bill. This Bill should be withdrawn.

There have been petitions and rallies against this Bill.

This Bill will seriously harm Australian people. This Bill will harm: disabled people, families, people who work with disabled people, health services, communities, etc.

The title of the Bill is misleading. This Bill will Not Secure the NDIS for Future Generations. This Bill will destroy the NDIS and harm current and future disabled people.

This Bill goes against the principles in the United Nations Convention of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Why are these principles being ignored?

This Bill goes against recommendations of the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability. Why are these recommendations being ignored?

This Bill goes against the Australian Disability Discrimination Act 1992. Why is this being ignored?

This Bill goes against the Australian Disability Strategy 2021-2031. Why is this being ignored?
