My name is [redacted]. I am forty years old and have been participating in the National Disability Insurance Scheme since being accepted onto it back in January. Prior to joining the scheme, it’s difficult to say how much worse my life would’ve become without its assistance.

The NDIS has allowed me to grow my confidence, connect with community, and maintain independence. If funding cuts occur:
- All progress made would disappear,
- Leaving home due to inadequate work hours becomes impossible because funds won’t cover necessary expenses;
- Medical appointments cannot attend; medication pickup on city’s opposite side leads declining physical health;

The uncertainty of the framework,
the blanket cuts to funding at the CEO’s discretion, pplan reassessment and removal- none of the things lhave mentioend n my submission so far do anything to address fraud. Very little in the bill actually addresses fraud at all.Allthisproposedbillsetouttodoisactivelycauseharm.Anditwill.
