Submission
The child currently does not have toilet training abilities but requires continuous support regarding continence issues due primarily from chronic constipation which further complicates his toileting needs necessitating regular monitoring.
Sleep quality poses a significant concern as well; he cannot sleep independently requiring me (the caregiver) presence beside him throughout night hours thereby severely impacting family dynamics along with my own wellbeing.
