• A return equipment scheme where equipment can be refurbished and reallocated to participants who qualify for a wheelchair, bed etc
  • Capping the cost of reports – how is it equitable if my OT has 10years experience and can write a report in 5 hours and another participant’s OT has 12months experienceand takes 12 hours to write a similar report.
