My name is , I am 51 years old, for 15 years before the NDIS, I lived as a hermit. Since being on NDIS I’m able to go out more often, I have some great support workers now after a few years of having bad workers. If I didn’t have any workers, my 73 year old mother comes over and cleans for me does my washing and takes me shopping, she cannot keep up with this. If i lose any supports, I will go backwards, my mental health isn’t good, I’ve tried taking my life over 30 times, I have arthritis in half my body and can barely move some days, I would lose physio the only thing helping me move, as well as having a psychologist who knows everything about me and has been there for me on my darkest days. I cannot mow my yard or clean my house, these things I also need. Why can’t they get the money back from the people who have rorted and scammed the NDIS, instead of taking it away from people who really need it. Thank you
