deeply concern me.

I am writing to ask that the NDIS Amendment Bill not be passed in its current form.

I am concerned that aspects of the bill may reduce participant rights, weaken choice and control, and create uncertainty for people with disability and their families. In practice, these changes could particularly affect people with complex or non-visible disabilities whose support needs are not always easily recognised within rigid systems.

The NDIS has been life-changing for many Australians because it allows supports to be tailored to individual needs. I ask that any reforms maintain participant safeguards, transparency, fairness, and genuine co-design with the disability community.

Please ensure the voices of people with disability, families, and carers are properly heard before these changes proceed.
