Request Against Proposed Changes
As a person supported under the NDIS since five years ago, i strongly oppose this bill’s proposed changes. The new rules regarding participant engagement require significant compliance efforts which could lead to vulnerable individuals losing access to necessary support services due to communication impairments or other disabilities.

it is absolutely essential that disabled people are able to adjust and update their plan as needed, or as their circumstances change.
