I am writing to express my deep concern at not just the contents of the proposed legislative package but also procedural fairness regarding this reform. The bill has been introduced with no consultation among affected stakeholders prior its development, nor any opportunity provided comment an exposure draft. This lack procedure is shocking given potential impact individuals disabilities families health system wide-ranging complex require considered detailed consultations process never followed other stakeholder groups however accept treatment most vulnerable members society.
