I’m a participant on the NDIS and I’m really worried about this Bill. Life is already hard enough trying to get the right support, especially living outside the big cities where there aren’t many providers and I rely on the little bit of choice and control I have. If the Minister can change the rules without talking to us, people like me will be the first ones hurt.

I’m not a number on a spreadsheet — this is my actual life. I need support that fits me, not more rules made by people who don’t see what it’s like day to day. Please don’t take away the flexibility that keeps me safe and independent. Listen to us before making decisions that affect everything about how we live.
