My name is H and I am writing about D who is the much loved brother of a dear friend of mine. I have seen first-hand how vital it is that D receives one on one care 24/7 because of his intellectual disability.

If the bill passes his funding will be reduced so that he will not have the support he so vitally needs. He will be in danger of harm, even death, due to his inability to be aware of dangers.

I am extremely concerned about his welfare should this bill be passed.

I do not support this bill because it will be dangerous for D and many others.
