The last fifteen years have been spent working across three states within United States currently Connecticut state. Throughout my career, I’ve always admired Australian health care system and all that government does to help people remain healthy stay at home out long term facilities provide universal services regardless financial capability immigration status access insurance. This luxury not available many Americans struggle disabilities. Being visited human professional can never compared efficiency automation process has too many holes automation cannot address English second language clients community MIL Greek just had OT assessment cognitive assessment needed factored because she didn’t understand question in English Mother passed two years ago mostly blind dementia good bad days social support mattered immensely condition someone’s home laying eyes really safe? Human factor AI or tick boxes replace? Travel back Perth regularly niece occupational therapist talk family friends healthcare see heading wrong direction much US electronic automated ticks daily mess doesn’t give clear picture will stop trying save money keep people safe Don’t be like U.S….
