Submission on the NDIS Amendment Bill

Name: redacted 1. My connection to this issue: As a clinician I work with people who are on the NDIS, I have seen the immense positive changes in their lives and also the struggles. Also supporting loved ones, as someone myself, on my own scheme.

Overall view:

The bill takes away individual control participants while removing necessary funds. NDIS issues due NDIA or companies earning profits. Punishing individuals for corporate harm is concerning; it’s built assuming worst case scenario.
