My name is redacted: i was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis at Westmead hospital in 2014, I was nursing at that time; however unfortunately due to low immune system, covid, etc., my career got cut short. I had an opportunity through NDIS to start therapies as part of your home care registered provider assistance daily tasks. After going through many knockbacks over five years, finally secured SDA property which became forever home after being associated with two unregistered providers costing me lots money. The shonkiness comes now when it needs realising. Currently progressive MS wheelchair bound mainly bed or lounge room chair. Only telling snippet daily life husband informal support rely on him lot oh just recently they cut plan without consultation so am not able go hydrotherapy; support coordination hours from per year.
