Submission 3346 — Mr Justin Lutze — NDIS Future Generations Bill

National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Securing the NDIS for Future Generations) Bill 2026

Submission 3346

To whom it may concern.

As a user of the NDIS, the bill in its current state can not and should not pass, as it fails to even correct the main purpose for the changes, it only lets people who are cut off become “burdens” elsewhere, which goes against the NDIS’s main purpose of helping people with disabilities not become institutionalised, and become contributing members of communities.

The focus, in my view, should be on those that provide with no intent to help the people they claim to care for, instead using that to extort and exploit the scheme to live a life they do not earn.
