With regards to responding to specific references I find this at odds to to do as it’s made into a strait jacketing affair of Rights of People with Disability and where the NDIS carries enourmous success in being carried out with the purpose of NDIS for all people.
The NDIS lifts Society as a whole.
It is hard to find the words to seek to justify why NDIS should not be diminished nor deprived to anyone in need of support for quality of life.
It showcases in a age of increasing Climate Change events people with disabilities cannot run or hide or lie and seek cover from these increasing realities felt exponentially all the time in varying degrees and impacts and everyday experiences.
Nor cause them.
So courage and resilience is already found.
There can be and is no justification to deny these flourishing supports and livelihoods and also absolute neccessites required for Health, not to be in pain or suffering and alleviating pain. And Isolation. And all Supports with all their requirements and increased knowledge and enrichment between Support Workers and People with Disabities and Society as a Whole.
In other words the rewards of doing so are bountiful for all.
Those who want these NDIS Cuts to go ahead are more looking like mug shots in their Senate Photos.
No child, teenager, young person, adults of all ages can be deprived of these Supports.
I don’t support murder nor torture.
And this is what it is to even contemplate hindering or removing these supports.
If you choose to we need a new Government with new definitions of as Government is then obselete.
As obvious with Fire Services out of existence amd risking Fire Responders and Fire Fighters Lives and all else.
Your billionaire backers show no competence nor anything nor reason to be in partnership with to have compliancy with Government.
They can and show they can do nothing.
I would never support such inhumanity, deprivation, pain and suffering to deprive People from Babies and Toddlers and throughout Ones Lifetime.
The deprivations of these supports open the lines of abuse, experiments and predation revealing the worst of Human Nature.
I don’t beg, nor ask, nor seek to convince.
Agency and Control taken away it is no wonder people with disabilities and their Loved
Ones, Carers, Families, Children, Friends and Community Networks where Healthy and
needs to grow to full rights in all areas would be terrified.
I have no doubt anyone and yourselves considering or pursuing such cuts would know this same terror.
If not you are made of stone and have no place nor qualify to be in these positions. Let alone the digitising to again seek to remove accountabilitly for your crimes as you are contemplating these Crimes.
There does not need to fit in a Definition of Law of Crimes.
THESE ARE CRIMES.
People all have every right to be terrified and to be treated in this way to even begin with symbolizing the disrespect, predations and sufferings to come.
As evident in the Job Provider Schemes on millions of people being subjected to.
Hospitals privatised, the principled HealthCare Staff removed with Mug Shot Replacements and open permissiveness to.abuse and torture, sexual violence, I still get so appalled and disgusted at the predatory thinking ‘if they don’t remember it, it doesn’t affect them’ attitude.
And more cruelties and persons withput the patience, understanding and expertise required to assist people with any disability giving and supporting their agency and control over their lives and who they let in and as Support Workers.
The NDIS proposed cuts are an Abhorrence.
The NDIS criminalisation and hurting and witholding care and quality of Life requires the end of.
The penalisation of Person/s choosing otherwise needs to take place and with the enforcement of to be deprived of their Liberty to protect us all.
