Dear
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you as a concerned member of the Gippsland community regarding the proposed
NDIS Amendment
Bill. As you may know, this legislation threatens to significantly undermine the rights, choices, and control of NDIS recipients, including many individuals and families within our region.
The current form of the bill is alarming, as it appears to remove essential rights that have been hard-won by people with disabilities. These changes

will not only reduce the level of support available but also limit the choices that individuals have in managing their care and services. For many in our community, the NDIS has been a lifeline, providing the necessary resources and support to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
I urge you to advocate on behalf of all NDIS recipients in Gippsland and oppose the NDIS Amendment Bill in its current form. It is crucial that we protect the rights and dignity of people with disabilities, ensuring they have the autonomy and support they need to thrive.
Thank you for your attention to this pressing matter. I look forward to your response and hope to see your continued commitment to advocating for our community’s most vulnerable members.
Warm Regards,
Diane and Ron Skaff
