This is an unfair way to support Australians living with a disability. The quality ofKey decisions left to ministerial instruments, not lawmy life and other peoples with disability could be severely disrupted as you are not giving us a fair representation to stand up or speak for ourselves by passing this without any parliamentary debate or public discussion. Existing participants face narrower criteria and fewer My condition fluctuates every second and I do not have any family support rights to challenge decisions without the ndis funding I would be at risk of death, as I an already living with incurable and life-threatening illnesses due to condition Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. The no change system would not allow me to receive what I need should my condition worsen and I need even more care. Therefore I would be at risk of dying Unreviewablewhich is a human rightsministerialissue power to cut funding across all a) This means I would not have access to any support, and this would have a detrimentalsupport categories effect on my mental and physical wellbeing leading to even greater costs for daily support needs. It means I would be even more capacitated and again requiring more daily living assistance to maintain a bare minimal existence etc.
b) In my case I have exhausted all options, I am left with worsening of symptoms and living on a minute by minute situation with my condition worsening and even causing terminal incurable cancer. My condition fluctuates therefore you can not base this on the above, it needs to be based on the whole person and their experience living with a disability and their needs
I have no family support whatsoever so this will leave me totally isolated and Supports cut before replacement system is ready unable to function and will be detrimental to my mental, physical health and wellbeing. My whole condition will therefore deteriorate, and I will require even more daily assistance from the NDIS as my capacity will decrease even more. This makes no sense.
