Scope of your request

You have requested access to the following documents about the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS):

1. How many NDIS participants are in NSW prisons?
1. The average supports the NDIA have funded for people in NSW prisons
1. How many $1 or $0 plans are active for people in NSW prisons
1. What NDIS Providers are currently operating in/making assessments for NSW prisons?”

Processing timeframes

We received your request on 5 May 2021 and the 30-day statutory period for processing your request commenced from the day after that date. You should therefore expect a decision from us by 4 June 2021.

The period may be extended if we need to consult with third parties or for other reasons. We will advise you if this happens.
