1. I refer to your request for access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act). I have taken your request to be for:

Would you please advise the number currently employed within the NDIA and the number who are in receipt of a superannuation benefit of “ no less than 15.4%’ as advertised within the job description application forms throughout 2013.

2. Your request was received by the department on 3 March 2014. In accordance with subsection 16(2) of the FOI Act, your request has been transferred to the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) because the subject matter of the documents you seek access to is more closely related to the functions of that agency.
