Dear Leadership Team!

As discussed on Friday, please see the clarifying language to describe CI Connect and the upcoming CI Connect topics compared with the Partner Audit report areas for improvement.

Clarified language

Continuous Improvement Connect (CI Connect) is a structured learning and coaching solution for all frontline planning staff to help build capability, deliver a sustainable NDIS, and achieve the best outcomes for participants. CI Connect differs from instructional training approaches, used to learn new tasks, by combining a coaching culture with a review of priority quality improvement areas. CI Connect blends topic performance data with planning reference material in a LEAP module to support group discussion and individual coaching where frontline planning staff and teams set performance goals and refocus on pathways to high-quality, sustainable decision making.

CI Connect scheduled topics and Partner Audit Findings

The table below demonstrates the variance of conversations occurring in different programs at the moment. Please note the LAC and EC “areas for improvement” listed in the table are based on the lowest audit scores rather than a binary met/unmet quality outcome, which will affect whether we need to add it to the CI Connect schedule of topics.

In order to align the national CI Connect conversations, we will need to review all assurance data through a single data framework, as well as the prioritisation matrix. redacted (designer of the Data Framework and prioritisation matrix) will review the Partner Audit reports this week to determine where there is opportunity to review and rank consumable data from the Partner Audit reports. He will report back to s22(1)(a) by the end of the week.
